Turned Newel Post NP035

I am so pleased to have found Daniel’s shop! His work is exceptional, and he was wonderful to work with. Daniel promptly replied to my pre-order inquiry about turnaround and had the posts ready and delivered in a flash :) The NP035 style newel post was exactly what I was looking for, and it arrived packaged with care and exactly as pictured online. Truly a gem!

We opened the first box this evening and they look outstanding!

I was given options from my contractor for revnovating our home's staircase. I wasn't a fan of the boring box construction posts that were available to me through the various suppliers in our area. I found this post on-line and although somewhat skeptical, I ordered 7 posts. I couln't be happpier with the product. The red oak wood and the smooth surface with the curved turnings is just what I was looking for. They are solid and well constructed. I highly recommend this manufacturer. The order was also shipped quickly and well packaged.

After months of searching the web I found Daniel's shop. It is always a leap of faith when sending money to someone you have never met for something that was a conversation and some rough sketches and I can say Daniel did not disappoint. I ordered 5 custom newels posts that were a rough sketch of a memory of one I had seen 35 years. They arrived on time packaged by someone who took pride in their work. The newels were perfect. Quality wood, quality work, quality finish, quality customer service. A win for both of us.
