The lion newel made our historic home! It is such a masterpiece and makes for great conversation when people enter our home. The quality is superior and it was easy for the carpenters to install.
I can’t say enough about the quality of these newels. If you’re in the market for new ones, don’t even hesitate for a second on these. The craftsmanship is top-notch and they always get a ton of praise. I used them for three staircases in my home and absolutely love them. I ordered the beautiful 7.5” for my front foyer and the 5.5” everywhere else.
Daniel is extremely responsive through the whole purchasing process and they shipped on time and arrived well packaged. All the professionals involved in my renovation commented on how amazing these look.

I was given options from my contractor for revnovating our home's staircase. I wasn't a fan of the boring box construction posts that were available to me through the various suppliers in our area. I found this post on-line and although somewhat skeptical, I ordered 7 posts. I couln't be happpier with the product. The red oak wood and the smooth surface with the curved turnings is just what I was looking for. They are solid and well constructed. I highly recommend this manufacturer. The order was also shipped quickly and well packaged.
The newel post quality was very good. There were a couple of dings and the top was not even/symmetrical requiring sanding to smooth it out. But overall I was very pleased and would definitely consider another purchase.

We absolutely loved working with Daniel on our newel posts (for our stair upgrade project) and truly love how it came out.
After a few months of looking through every catalog, google search, etc.... it was easy to realize every company has all the SAME styles when it comes to stair parts. For not that much more money than buying parts from an average catalog, we ended up with a masterpiece that catches the eye of everyone that enters our home. Almost a year later we are still getting compliments and constantly hearing "I just love what you picked out!"
